After completing your registration, you will receive the booking link to reserve your hotel accommodation.

Airport

The Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel is approximately 4 miles and a 10–15 minute drive from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), 30 miles and a 35–60 minute drive from Miami International Airport (MIA), and 50 miles and a 45–60 minute drive from Palm Beach International Airport (DJT).

Rail

Brightline offers convenient rail service connecting Orlando, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, and Miami. A full refund will be granted if a written request for cancellation is received by email to events@oaaa.org by Sunday, April 4, 2027. You may also transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization, pending event management approval.

No refunds will be granted on or after Monday, April 5, 2027, or for no-shows.
